Our Interns & Trainees

I am an MFT trainee in my second year at The Western Institute of Social Research; I received a BA in Liberal Arts/ Social and Behavioral Sciences from Soka University. I have been interested in working as a therapist for many years; my experience in related fields (including case management for disaster survivors, reducing recidivism, and supporting neurodivergent youth) has contributed greatly towards this interest. I value maintaining curiosity in exploring the client’s unique perspective, and centering their autonomy. In my free time I engage with multiple creative mediums, outdoor exploration, and time with animals.
