Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a 50- or 70-minute session, depending on your needs to receive personalized mental healthcare attention. Providers will work with each client to assess needs, hopes, and desired outcomes from their sessions. We believe in the importance of growth in our clients' lives and the role that therapy can play in it.

What are the benefits of individual therapy?

Therapy is a powerful way to address the internal and external factors that affect our lives. Practicing therapy can help people increase self-awareness and self-acceptance and improve their personal relationships. Therapy can also help people learn new coping skills and manage stress.

The sessions will look at the evolution of the relationship over time to assist in co-creating where the relationship will go next.

Does couples counseling really help improve the relationship?

Many issues can cause relationship tension, such as unhealthy behavioral patterns, careers, parenting, physical intimacy, past relationships, money, and other obligations and stressors. It is natural to argue in relationships and go through ups and downs.
