Help Us Create a Summer of Connection, Growth, and Joy for Local Youth
Keystone Therapy and Training Services proudly hosts Youth Connections Day Camp, a free* summer program designed for students entering grades 7–12 in Sonoma County. Our mission is to provide youth—especially those from underserved communities—with a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space to learn, explore, and connect during the summer months when school-based support isn’t available.
Each week, campers participate in field trips, art and music projects, outdoor adventures, and community-building activities led by our dedicated team of Clinicians, Support Specialists, and Interns.
*Free for Partnership Medi-Cal recipients otherwise $250/week per camper

How You Can Help
Your partnership makes this program possible! We are seeking donations and sponsorships from local businesses to help cover the costs of camp activities and supplies.
You can make a difference by contributing:
Food & Snacks: Lunches, pizza, popsicles, or snack items from local restaurants and cafes.
Art Supplies: Paints, brushes, canvases, blank t-shirts and creative materials for art activities.
Camp Gear: YCDC Branded T-shirts, lanyards, and wristbands for campers.
Monetary Donations: Financial contributions to fund transportation, supplies, and other costs.
Together, we can continue to offer this program free for Partnership Medi-Cal recipients and accessible to all teens who need it most.
