I graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Psychology in 2022 and am in the second year of the MSW program at San Jose State University, pursuing my goal of becoming an LCSW. I have experience providing mental health and wellness services to students in grades TK-12.

About Me

Life is a journey, not a destination, and in my journey, I have learned that it is never too late to discover and engage in what brings you joy. Life experiences and lessons have shown me the value and importance of continual personal growth. I am passionate about mental health and social well-being, and I find joy in supporting others by helping them explore and develop the tools and skills that enable them to lead healthy and positive lives. I believe in a holistic approach that treats the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual parts of the self, acknowledging their interconnectedness. I approach others with empathy and compassion, meeting them right where they are, and helping them move towards where they want to be.
