Meet Our Team

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.

My approach is holistic and relational–attending to the mind, body, heart, and spirit in relationship with life. I view people as inherently whole and see therapy as a collaborative process of rediscovering and embodying that wholeness–increasing experiences of connection, joy, humor, compassion, and aliveness.

I recognize that our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are influenced not only by our personal and early relational experiences but also by culture, society, systems, institutions, identities, our relationship with the natural world and ancestors, and the spiritual dimension of life. I am dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults of all ages in an affirming and inclusive space, working with those navigating experiences such as addiction, anxiety, depression, transitions, relational conflict, PTSD, and complex trauma. I draw from strengths-based, somatic, mindful self-compassion, existential, parts work, and ecotherapy approaches–through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens.

I share a deep connection with the natural world, which continually reminds me of our interdependence and capacity for renewal. Strengthening and nurturing my relationship with the living world through my senses is a reliable source of grounding, support, hope, awe, joy, growth, and healing. I love walking through my neighborhood with my Chihuahua, Chloe, communing with trees and wildlife, hiking with friends, cloud watching, meditating, yoga, reading, and creative expression through design, art, and writing.
