I view therapy as a community connection, offering a kind and validating space. Other ways I connect to my world include as a mother, auntie, wife, daughter, teacher, and nature lover. My mixed heritage (Native American and White) and tribal identity have taught me about navigating identity and the healing power of personal and communal responsibility. I believe individual journeys intertwine with broader cultural stories and encourage clients to bring their full selves, and experiment with how it feels to express yourself authentically and be met with acceptance. In a collaborative, compassionate setting, I help clients find their own way forward
