Meet Our Team
My professional journey has been deeply rooted in intuition, connection, and authenticity, as I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting them in the discovery of their most authentic desires. I have a collaborative, client-centered style with a socioculturally attuned and feminist lens. As an integrative therapist, I ensure that each client receives care that is highly personalized, compassionate, and effective, drawing from EFT, IFS, psychodynamic, and CBT among other modalities. I bring a wealth of lived and professional experience that grounds the way I show up for and collaborate with my clients. I am deeply committed to ongoing inner work, and I believe I can only guide clients as far as I have been willing to go myself. I consider it an honor to be allowed into my client's lives and I enjoy creating a safe space for them to process the complexities of life without judgement.

My journey has been winding, beautiful and painful. I am a mother, a traveller, and lover of justice. Living in Europe and Central America has given me a deep appreciation for multicultural perspectives, and my previous career in education and grief work has further grounded me in compassion and presence. Living fully authenticity, with openness, and depth, free of societal expectations, is very important to me.
