Meet Our Team

As a queer Associate Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients can show up fully and authentically as themselves. My practice has primarily centered on working with queer and trans communities, and I approach therapy from a gender-affirming, strengths-based, and person-centered perspective. I believe deeply in self-determination and bodily autonomy, and I honor each person as the expert on their own identity, experiences, and needs. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported as they explore who they are, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward the life they want for themselves.

In addition to my therapy practice, I work full-time providing crisis services in the community. Through this work, I have extensive experience supporting people experiencing mental health crises and navigating some of the most difficult and overwhelming moments in their lives. I bring that experience into my therapy practice with a calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach. Outside of being a social worker, I love being in the water. Swimming is one of my favorite activities, and I’ve been boogie boarding for around 15 years—although I still consider myself an amateur!
