I was born and raised in Sonoma County by my resilient single mother and grew up navigating life between two cultures and two languages. As a first-generation Latina college graduate, earning my degrees in Psychology, Spanish, and Counseling Psychology was something my younger self could have only dreamed of. ¡Sí se pudo! Those experiences shaped who I am and inspire the way I show up as a therapist with authenticity, cultural humility, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As a bilingual and bicultural Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience providing therapy in community mental health, home-based, and school-based settings, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and life transitions.
I am especially passionate about supporting Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities, as well as families involved with Child Protective Services, juvenile probation, and school-based services. I also provide parent coaching to help caregivers better understand their child's behavior, strengthen communication, and foster healthier family relationships.
