Jennifer Jean Davidson, AMFT

Pronouns: She/ Her

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, License #149795

I come from a background of working in high stress and heavy impact environments, including out of home placements for at-risk youth and in Juvenile Corrections. My work has always centered around supporting young people and individuals navigating complex systems, big emotions, and real life survival responses. Being in these spaces taught me a lot about resilience, humor as a coping skill, and the strength it takes just to keep showing up. I deeply respect the stories/history people carry with them, even when they don’t recognize it themselves.

I’m a person-centered, integrative therapist who believes there is no “one size fits all” in therapy. I tailor my approach to the individual in the room, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to best support your needs, goals, and lived experience. I show up as real, warm, and nonjudgmental, and I create a space where you can be fully yourself, whether that is messy, unsure, healing, sarcastic, guarded, hopeful… all of it is welcome.

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you reconnect with your inner strengths (even if you’re not convinced they’re there yet). I will meet each individual where they are, with an empathetic space to feel seen and heard. Establishing trust in our therapeutic relationship is key to your success in the process.
