Hi, I’m Jenna, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m really glad you’re here.
Life can be a lot sometimes. Whether you’re dealing with relationship struggles, anxiety, family stuff, big life changes, past experiences that still affect you, or you just feel like you’re carrying too much on your own, therapy can be a place to slow down and figure things out.
My approach is pretty straightforward: I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or show up as the “best version” of yourself. You can come in messy, overwhelmed, unsure, frustrated, or wherever you're at that day. We’ll start there.
I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest without worrying about being judged. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of humor into my work, while also making room for the hard stuff. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward the changes and goals that matter to you.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. There’s no one-size-fits-all version of therapy, because there’s no one else exactly like you.
My educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Behavioral Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Behavior, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My background has given me a strong foundation in understanding how people grow, develop, and navigate the many experiences and relationships that shape who they are.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m also a single mom to a strong-willed toddler, so life is often a mix of snacks, schedules, big feelings, and figuring things out as we go. I recognize that life doesn't always leave us much time or space to focus on ourselves, and sometimes just making it through the day feels like an accomplishment (which in my book, it most absolutely is).
When I do have a little free time, you can usually find me spending time with my little family, listening to music, hanging out with animals, or advocating for animal well-being, which is something that has always been close to my heart.
I know reaching out for support can feel intimidating, so wherever you're starting from, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. We can figure it out together.
