Meet Our Team

Hello! I'm Isabella Earl. I was born and raised in Sonoma County and I am very passionate about giving back to the community that I call home. Throughout my time as a Keystone Support Specialist, I've only become more inspired to learn and grow with the students and families we serve and to continue to spread positivity and compassion. I graduated from UC Davis in 2024 with my Bachelor's in Psychology and Cognitive Science and I plan to begin an MSW program in the fall of 2026 to further my education and career in this field.

Outside of Keystone, I coach volleyball at Maria Carrillo and Empire Volleyball Club. Volleyball has been a passion of mine for over 10 years and I played all the way through college. Similar to my work at Keystone, I love imparting knowledge to the next generation of players and helping them become the best versions of the themselves on and off the court.
