My background in art and design taught me how the creative process can open pathways to vulnerability, resilience, growth, and connection. This perspective now enhances my clinical work as a therapist, where I draw on evidence-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens while also valuing individuals' creative expression as a powerful tool for self-discovery, communication, empowerment, and healing.

I draw from Systems Theory, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients understand how relationships, identity, systems, and lived experiences shape well-being. Working through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, I support clients in recognizing both the challenges they face and the resources they already carry.

I work with children, parents, families, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, conflict, or identity-related struggles. My framework is collaborative, client-centered, and socioculturally attuned. I bring both lived and professional experience to my work and believe therapy is most powerful when it is grounded in authenticity, safety, and compassion.

Outside of my professional work, I am an avid tennis fan and player. Tennis requires recovering quickly from mistakes to be ready for the next shot, a practice that mirrors the adaptability and perseverance I encourage in the therapeutic process.
