I became a therapist and coach because I was struggling with the same issues you are now. I was afraid, inauthentic, and disconnected as a result of my trauma. But with the support of great therapists and spiritual teachers, my experience and life has transformed. Now I'm committed to do what I can to help others heal and awaken too.
