Our Interns & Trainees

I am a second year Masters of Clinical Mental Health student. I previously earned my Bachelors in Child Development at Chico State. I have several years experience as a preschool teacher and working with a mental health team to provide services for students and children. I have a passion for helping people explore their values, alleviate stress, and finding meaning in their lives.

I grew up in Northern California in the mountains and continue to love the outdoors. I love cooking, crocheting, staying active, and spending time with my dog Willow.
