Hello! My name is Emily Jirel. I am originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, and now call beautiful Sonoma County home. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Communication and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Arkansas State University.

My passion for mental health is both personal and professional. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of undiagnosed mental illness on loved ones, which shaped my empathy and commitment to supporting others. I have experience providing counseling to high school students. I will be returning this fall as a Certified Wellness Coach, where I look forward to creating a warm, safe space for students to feel supported and empowered.
