Our Interns & Trainees

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself and feel heard, supported, and understood without judgement. I bring warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to my work and value building genuine connections with my clients. I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and my goal is to create a comfortable environment where we can explore what is going on in your life, identify your strengths, and work together toward meaningful growth and change.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring the experiences that have shaped them. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping clients recognize their strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. As an MFT Trainee, I am continuing to develop my clinical experience under supervision and am committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive, and compassionate care.
