Our Interns & Trainees

Through teaching yoga, breath work and sound healing, I have been moved to pursue a higher education in hopes of supporting my community’s collective healing in a more deliberate and conscious way. Movement has always been medicine for me, so somatic techniques and breathing are everyday tools in my repertoire when working with clients. My greatest hope is to help others feel more free in their bodies and their minds, discovering confidence and working toward their goals in an empowered way.
