Meet Our Team

As a Certified Wellness Coach, I offer prevention and early intervention services to help children and youth improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. I provide wellness promotion, education, screening, care coordination, and crisis referrals for youth in Sonoma County schools. I am currently attending California State University at Long Beach to earn a Masters in Social Work, with a long term goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I use a holistic and humanistic approach with clients, emphasizing self-compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance. With over a decade of experience working in schools, I am also a parent of two neurodivergent children. I delight in collaborating with children and parents to cultivate emotionally healthy and self-aware future generations.
