I strive to maintain a safe space for open conversation and zero judgement that aligns with your personal goals. Our collaboration may look like establishing solid and effective boundaries in your life, navigating difficult conversations, learning how to ask for help and general processing of difficult events and knowledge of appropriate coping skills.
Clients/Groups/Communities I work with:
First responders, including but not limited to; law enforcement, EMTs, Paramedics, dispatchers, firefighters, correctional officers, medical staff and veterans. Chronic illness survivors and those recently diagnosed with medical challenges.
Challenges & Obstacles I Work With:
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, depression and mood-related concerns, work related adjustments, challenging life events and relationship struggles.
Life Changes & Opportunities I Work With:
Career changes, relationship transitions, becoming a parent, moving or relocating, navigating breakups or divorce, returning to school, adjusting to new roles, and exploring personal growth or new life paths - at any age.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, I bring a deep understanding of our community to my work as a social worker and therapist. I value my life with my husband and family, and I integrate that sense of connection and groundedness into my professional approach. Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my horse, baking for friends and family, trying new restaurants around the county, and exploring new places when I travel. In addition to my clinical work, I supervise graduate-level trainees and coordinate our training program, where I’m passionate about supporting emerging clinicians as they grow in confidence, skill, and professional identity.
