Hola! I'm Adriana. I'm a bilingual and bi-cultural Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I grew up in Santa Rosa as a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. My culture and community have deeply shaped the way I see people, healing, and the systems we move through every day.

Trainings and certifications

  • Basic Principles of Somatic Experiencing (2026)

  • Nepantlah (2023-2024) training in Culturally Responsive and Decolonized Approaches to Mental Health Care

Specialties

  • Strengths-based relational and trauma-informed care

Clients/Groups/Communities I work with:‍ ‍Adolescents and emerging adults, first-generation and Latin youth

Challenges & Obstacles I Work With: Anxiety, stress and overwhelm, mood/depressive symptoms

Life Changes & Opportunities I Work With: Identity and self-worth, life transitions, grief & loss, family conflict, relationship concerns, emotional regulation

I approach therapy through a holistic and culturally responsive lens, with curiosity about the whole person and respect for the wisdom they already carry. For me, healing can look like making space for what hurts while also reconnecting with our strengths, stories, and parts of ourselves that may need a little more tenderness. I hope to offer a space where you can move at your own pace, without judgment or shame, with room for all the parts of you that deserve to be met with curiosity and care.

Outside of therapy, I find joy in practicing yoga, painting, running across the Morcom Rose Garden with my black lab, being in nature and connecting with loved ones over cafecito.
