Keystone has collaborated with Portola Gardens, a Cimino Care assisted living home in San Francisco. Keystone offers personalized mental health and care management services to eligible residents at Portola Gardens to enrich their lives. Keystone specializes in individual and group therapies as well as coordination between residents, their families & responsible parties, and outside agencies the residents may be connected with.

She is dedicated to empowering her clients as they navigate their journeys of self-discovery and community connection. Erica's passion for learning is evident in her impressive credentials, which include a Doctor of Education Degree, Master's in Social Work, a Pupil Personnel Services Credential, and certifications as a Birth & Postpartum Doula from DONA International and a California Power Yoga Instructor. She feels privileged to support individuals in achieving their goals and cultivating resilience, guiding them toward a fulfilling and thriving life.

Iris vanDalen is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Psychological Clinical Counselor at Keystone. She specializes in end of life care, chronic illnesses, palliative care, trauma, and grief. Iris has a passion for aging populations and strives to help clients find meaning through therapy and improve the mind body connection and palliative care. Iris believes in the power of the mind/body connection and empowering individuals in their growth, creativity, self-awareness, and belief in themselves.

Em Bowman is a 2nd year social work intern at San Francisco State University. He brings with him four years of experience in the field as a counselor and clinical case manager. Em is passionate about cultivating and creating meaningful connections with the people he serves. He works collaboratively with his clients to set their goals and establish an uplifting experience.

Alyssa Aleman is a second-year social worker student from San Francisco State University. She has worked with kids her entire life and is now transitioning to working with senior citizens. Alyssa believes that mental health is important at every age and is committed to supporting those in need of these services. She is passionate about advocating for the well-being of older adults, recognizing the unique challenges they have in navigating aging, healthcare, and social support. Alyssa is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and mental health in older adults, ensuring they receive the support and respect they deserve during this important stage of life.
