Our Interns & Trainees

I am a Sonoma County native who has worked in the mental health field for multiple years. I am also a certified health coach with a previous career in education. I am here to provide a safe space for clients to process, heal and grow. I believe that the things that have happened to you don't have to define you, and that new levels of intrapersonal freedom and growth are possible! I work with individuals and couples, in a collaborative style, integrating multiple modalities, including CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, DBT, parts work, somatic based practices, with a lens of sociocultural attunement.

In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my children while traveling, camping and learning new things!
